We have spent the last 20 years in the Valley of the Sun, having turned a 6000 sq. ft. facility into a successful exercise therapy clinic and a 10,000 sq. ft. corporate fitness center into a semi-private fiscally sound and popular workout facility in uptown Phoenix. Since November 2003 we have operated the once popular 35,000 sq. ft. Sports Club at City Square. Our plans are to completely renovate it and have already added a variety of NEW cardio equipment as well as having the most complete class schedule in central Phoenix, including spin, yoga, pilates, and tai boxing.
